We respectfully ask that electric awning heaters are not used in the winter/ air conditioning is not used in the summer

Electric cars must not be charged without prior arrangement

We are a peaceful, quiet site

Deposit: A deposit payment is required at booking to secure your pitch.

Pitches: 4 hardstanding pitches and 1 grass pitch, all with 16amp EHU on level surfaces.
Location: Just a 10-minute drive from Chester, ideal for couples and families looking for a base to explore.
Local Walks: Walk across fields and along the canal to Tattenhall Marina and Boathouse Café & Bar, or continue to Beeston Castle.
Transport: Bus stop to Chester is about a half-mile walk from the site.
Taxis: Uber now operates in the area.
Resources: OS maps and walking guides available to borrow for exploring The Sandstone Trail.

Booking Information

Pitch Price: £22 per night for two people with a motorhome, caravan, or camper van with awning.
From October 2025 nightly rate will increase to £24 per night.
Extra Guests: £2.50 per person, per night (add during booking).
Dogs: Stay free! Please contact us if you’re bringing more than 2 dogs.
Electricity Included: 10 kWh per night included. Additional usage charged at standard rates. Pitches are metered, with readings taken on arrival and departure to ensure fairness.
Booking: Essential to secure your pitch. A non-refundable deposit (first night’s stay) is required at booking.
Booking Process: Use the booking button for real-time availability. Remember to add your membership number and specify if you’re bringing a caravan or motorhome.
Contact: We don’t answer calls after 6 pm (busy with children’s clubs), but email is the best way to reach us for quick replies.
Site Atmosphere: We are not adult only however we offer a peaceful retreat. Please supervise children for safety and keep dogs on leads around the site and farm.
