CORONAVIRUS - BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
UPDATED October 12th
The cottages and CL site are open for reservations.
For all reservations made from today October 12th for stays in 2020:
Should our area have further measures imposed ie. "very high alert category" then refunds will be made in full.
We are following guidelines developed by PASC (Professional Association of Self Caterers) in conjunction with the government and Visit England. Our risk assessment is continually being developed along with our cleaning strategies in the cottages and around the farm, for the safety of our guests.
We have been awarded 'Good to Go' by Visit England by complying with government guidance on our procedures for opening and keeping our guests safe.
What changes are we making?
Please do not invite guests to your holiday cottage without prior agreement with us. We are operating in line with government track & trace procedures. Please use the NHS Track & Trace app to scan our QR code which can be found on the front doors of the cottages.
Guests already receive a welcome email detailing: checking in times, places to visit, directions to the farm and how to access the cottages. You will also receive a digital guest book that can easily be downloaded to your phone. You will also find a QR code in the cottage to access it.
Deep cleaning: our cottages are always cleaned to an exemplary standard and we can negate any concerns that you might have in regards to Covid-19 by sanitisation of all areas and surfaces in the cottages. There will be no need to clean the cottages when you enter and all cleaning materials are supplied for your use when you are here. Caravan site guests will receive an email detailing precautions taken on site.
Check in and check out times will be changing: our usual check in of 3pm onwards will be moving to 5pm. Our check out time is pre 10am.
We need the extra time in-between guests to ensure your safety and ours.
All towels are being laundered at very high temperatures. You are of course very welcome to bring your own should you prefer.
Personal welcome. We are nearly always about on the farm should you need any help with your stay. We very much like to show guests into their cottage which we can of course still do from a respectful distance. Should you prefer then we are available by telephone, text or email and you are welcome to self check in.
We have over 70 acres of land to enjoy in peace and tranquility solely forguests use.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns about your safety at Yew Tree Farm
